Thick and silky soft, hand harvested, carded, and spun alpaca yarn is a joy to knit with. It is a robust two ply yarn spun on a drop spindle in Bolivia’s rural countryside. Since it is spun outdoors, there may be small bits of grass in this natural yarn which are easily removed. This is the same yarn we use for all of our Eco Soft adult accessories (hats, gloves, gaitors, scarves). Due to natural variances in alpaca fleece, we can not guarantee exact color matches. It is recommended that yarn to be used in a single project be bought together so we can most accurately match shades for you. Sportweight. 100 meter (approx. 2 oz.) skeins.
